Information you choose to share
When online enquiries are enabled, we collect your name, email address, message, and any optional phone number or project location you provide. These details are used to respond to your request and discuss your project. Please do not include identity numbers, financial account details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
How the website works
Enquiry details are validated on the server and forwarded to the MML enquiry mailbox through the configured email provider. The website does not keep a separate enquiry database. A short-lived, one-way representation of a connection address is used to limit repeated form submissions. Hosting and email systems may process technical information needed for security and delivery.
Retention and access
Access to enquiry information is limited to the people and service providers who need it to respond, operate the website or meet legal obligations. Enquiry correspondence is retained only while needed for the enquiry, a resulting business relationship or a legal requirement. Contact us to request review or deletion of your information.
Your choices and rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may request access to or correction of your personal information, object to processing, or request deletion where applicable. You can withdraw consent for optional processing. This does not undo lawful processing already carried out. Supplying enquiry details is voluntary, but without contact information we may be unable to respond.
Cookies, links and external services
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and your email app open external services with their own privacy practices. They receive information only when you choose to follow those links. If analytics or other data processing is introduced, this notice will be updated.
Project gallery and administrator access
The gallery displays project descriptions and photographs published by MML. If a photograph raises a privacy concern, contact us using the details above. Uploaded photographs are processed to remove embedded location metadata. Draft projects are restricted to the administrator.
The private administrator area stores an administrator email address, a password hash and a limited record of content changes. It uses an essential secure session cookie that expires after eight hours and short-lived sign-in limits to protect access. Project content and photographs are backed up on the hosting server for up to 31 days.
